– One week minimum rental is required.
– Unit 101 will rent from Sunday to Sunday.
– 5% discount will be given for a 4-week rental.
– An additional 5% discount will be given for an 8-week rental (2 months).
– Rental rate for 8 weeks or longer is negotiable.
– Check in time is 2:00pm / Checkout time is 10:00am
– Cancellations – a written notice must be received 60 days prior to reservation date to receive refund.
– Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation with a 30-day notice.
– Security deposit of $200 is required with reservations.
– 50% of rental is required 60 days prior to reservations.
– Balance of rental is due upon arrival.
– Please charge any long distance calls to a credit card or home telephone number.
– Security deposit is refunded approximately 45 days after departure, this deposit is held for any long distance calls or damage that may have taken place during stay.
– Rates are subject to change without notice.
– All units fully furnished with dishes, linens, color cable TV, VCR, icemaker, telephone (free local calls only), washer/dryer, dishwasher,disposal, self cleaning oven, etc.
– Sorry, no pets.
– All rates subject to 10% sales tax.
– Two more persons than the designated number may stay overnight at a charge of $10 per person per night.
