From Tampa Airport
(2 Hour Drive)
From Tampa Airport, take I-275 South to I-75 South ($1.00 toll on Skyway bridge). Follow I-75 South to Exit 191 (Old 34) (River Road.). Follow River Road approximately 14 miles to S.R. 776 (Indian Ave). Turn left (south) and travel approximately 1.5 miles, turning right onto Beach Road, cross the drawbridge and continue on Beach Road. Angle right at the curve. You will pass Englewood Public Beach (Chadwick Park) on the left and “Gulf View Grill” Bar/Restaurant on right. The Boardwalk is approximately 200 yards up the road on the left. Parking is under the building, with unit numbers on the right side of each slot.

From Sarasota Airport
(45 Minutes to 1 hour drive)
Follow airport exit signs. Turn left on University Parkway and follow the signs to I-75. Enter I-75 South (a right turn). Continue by using the same directions as above.

From Fort Myers / Southwest Regional Airport
(1 1/2 hours drive)
From Fort Myers/Southwest Regional Airport, follow signs from the airport to I-75 (staying in the right-hand lane). Take I-75 North to Exit 170 (Old 31) (King’s Highway). Turn left at the bottom of the Off-Ramp. Travel approximately one-quarter mile to the first traffic light and turn right onto Veteran’s Parkway. Veteran’s Parkway will eventually become S.R. 776. Continue on S.R. 776 to Beach Road ( the total trip is approximately 23 miles ). Turn left onto Beach Road, cross the drawbridge and continue on Beach Road. Angle right at the curve. You will pass Englewood Public Beach (Chadwick Park)on the left and “Gulf View Grill” Bar/Restaurant on right. The Boardwalk is approximately 200 yards up the road on the left. – Unit 101 will rent from Sunday to Sunday.
– 5% discount will be given for a 4-week rental.
– An additional 5% discount will be given for an 8-week rental (2 months).

– Cancellations – a written notice must be received 60 days prior to reservation date to receive refund.

The unit is wonderfully decorated with paintings, furniture, and the little things that make it feel like home. Each unit will comfortably sleep six.

The living area is the focal point of each unit. It opens up into the dining room on one side while the other side is a glass wall which provides access to the enormous lanai. Comfort is king in this room with a large couch and two leather recliners. The entertainment center includes a huge television with cable access, a VCR, and a DVD player.

The spacious lanai is large enough to comfortably seat six to seven people. It’s also screened so you never have to worry about the bugs.

The dining room is decorated so every meal can be enjoyed in a beautiful surrounding. Room for four but it easily expands to eight.

Enjoy gourmet cooking or microwave heating? The full-sized kitchen in each unit has what you need. New appliances include a new dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave. We’ve even included those lesser amenities like a coffee-maker and blender.

The master bedroom, with king-sized bed, offers a walk-in-closet and a huge master bath. Furnishing include full-sized bedroom dresser, night stands, TV, and DVD. The master bath includes his and her sinks, a spacious shower, an oversized bathtub, and a private linen closet. The master bedroom also includes a private entrance onto the lanai.

The second bedroom, with queen-sized bed, is furnished with full bedroom furniture. By design, the bedroom and adjoining full-sized bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the home to provide a master-suite feel.

The third bedroom, with two twin beds, is also fully furnished.

Barefoot Beach is located on Manasota Key in Englewood, accessable directly from Route 41 and Interstate 75.

Manasota Key, known as the “Gem of the Suncoast,” is a small community off the coast of Englewood, Florida. Barefoot Beach places you in the center of paradise.

The city of Englewood thrives on its cultural events, parks, beaches, boating, and much more. The downtown area, known as “Englewood Village,” is filled with small shops and other storefront businesses. Wining and dining is also easy in a community that offers the best in barbecue, seafood, and fine dining.

When the sun goes down, visitors can keep going as Englewood offers several ways of relaxing and unwinding. Unwind in a cozy restaurant or visit the nightclubs which offer music of all sorts. If those don’t suit your fancy, midnight strolls along the beach can’t be beat.

Outside of Englewood, visitors can drive 45 minutes to Sarasota or 2 hours to Orlando to visit the mouse with the big ears.

Barefoot Beach is one of the few places that offers three bedroom condominiums available on Manasota Key. The condominiums are within walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Manasota Key, Florida, where the sky is blue and the sand is white.

Sharing part of the seven miles of beachfront property of Manasota Key, Barefoot Beach is an enchanting barrier island with a small town atmoshpere. Walk out the door and onto the beach or walk up the road to a State park and wildlife sanctuary, everything is within walking distance. Lemon Bay is behind the key. It’s an aquatic environment where redfish, snook, and manatees are known to reside. Barefoot Beach brings you sand, saltwater, and fun in the sun.

The condominium unit on Manasota Key is huge. The unit has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The amenities also include a laundry room, full-sized kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, and a living room. The lanai overlooks the beach.
